Executive Coach Package

1) Chemistry /Fit Call:

   - Engage in a candid conversation to assess compatibility and alignment.  

   - Define your coaching goals, focus areas, and desired outcomes.  

   - Explore your preferred feedback style to ensure effective communication.

2) Alignment Session (1 x 60 min):

   - Establish a clear direction and gather additional intake information.  

   - Introduce the Trimetrix-EQ or Clifton Strengths self-assessment for self-awareness & unique strengths  

   - Discuss the 360-degree stakeholder interview process for comprehensive insights.  

   - Begin coaching on immediate leadership objectives/goals 

3) 360-Degree Stakeholder Interviews:

   - Schedule 20-30minute interviews focusing on strengths, development areas, and key actions (Start-Stop-Continue). 

   - Provide three reports directs- peers - supers to identify threads, strengths , development and start – stop -continue    

   - Identify recurring themes and prioritize what matters most to you and your organization.

4) Executive Coaching Sessions (12 x 60 min, 18 x 60 min, 24 x 60 min sessions available):  

   - Sessions are tailored to fit your schedule, occurring every two weeks at your convenience.  

   - Each session we focus on the new habits and change(s) you desire to make with your commitment 

     to action(s)/practices for achieving the transformation.  

5) Executive Coach Session Follow-ups Summaries: 

   - Leader receives a concise one-page summary after each session detailing insights gained, lessons learned.  

   - Document “commitments to action” and provide relevant support materials for ongoing development.

6) Mid and End of Engagement Updates: 

   - Share progress updates with your supervisor and HR to ensure alignment and support throughout the 

     coaching journey where appropriate. Gain additional feedback, insights, progress update. 

   -Sustainability plan is developed at the of engagement for continued growth and success.. 

7) Customized Resource and Support Deck:  

   - A personalized resource deck will be developed over the course of coaching engagement, tailored to your 

     unique leadership needs. Provides models, references and applications for sustainability and long-term ROI.

8) 24/7 Coach Support: 

   - Enjoy continuous support via call or text for key events, progress updates, challenges, successes, and 

      preparation for important situations.  

   - Stay connected to your coach whenever you need guidance or reassurance.

9)  “ROI Estimator”: 

     - You will be provided with a link to provide input on your coaching experience and impact.

10) Post Executive Coach Engagement:

    -Text and email support provided with 1:1 check-in availability for six months.
