Shawn Simon, a highly accomplished former senior pharmaceutical executive with over 25 years of experience coaching and leading sales, marketing and payer teams at Fortune 100 companies. In his roles as Director, VP and SVP, Shawn has experienced most of the typical business challenges executives encounter, starting with success in achieving BHAGs, launching blockbuster brands, creating a culture of engagement, managing $1.5B P&L, negotiating national and regional payer contracts, leading reorganizations and merger acquisition integrations, managing co-promotion partners. Leading and developing sales & marketing teams of seven to 1,400 members.
